Shipping Information

We strive to have orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Note: We get backlogged during sale events and holidays, which could delay your shipment.

Free Ground Shipping

Available for all addresses in the contiguous US. Your local Post Office or regional carriers may provide final delivery. Processing may take up to 2 business days before your order ships. Most products qualify for free shipping if the total order value is over the $75 threshold.

Oversized Shipping

Oversized items DO NOT qualify for free shipping. Oversized items not available for shipping include but aren't limited to: bike racks, skis, snowboards, bindings, boots etc. Note: AK / HI also face free shipping restrictions, you will not be able to select the free option if you live in these two states. If you feel that an item is being charged an oversized shipping rate and its not oversized, we may have made an error. Please contact us with the correction or information about the shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

While we strive for 100% accuracy on stock and delivery, we know things can happen and we are here to help resolve any and all order issues. We stand behind everything we sell. New, unused items with original tags and packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the order. If we have made a mistake in shipping the wrong item or the item you received is damaged, please contact us via email at info@idahomountaintouring.com or call 208-336-3854 ext. 1007.

If you'd like to return your item, please contact us via email at info@idahomountaintouring.com or call 208-336-3854, and we will get a return label emailed to you to start the return process. When we receive your item back, we will process your refund. Items returned outside of 30 days are subject to a 15% re-stock fee.

When returning a website purchase, you will get charged the price of the return label. It is deducted from your final refund when we receive the returned item. If we made an error in the transaction (i.e. we shipped the wrong product), then you will not be charged for the return shipping.

Bike Shipping Information

We have certain bikes that we are able to ship directly to you! If you see an "add to cart" button on the bike you wish to purchase, then we can ship it out to you! If you a bike that DOES NOT have an "add to cart" button, we unfortunately we can't ship that bike. Please give us a call if you want to inquire about purchasing a bike and we can get that ball rolling! We ship all bikes through BikeFlights with UPS as the carrier to ensure proper shipping insurance and safe transport of your new bike!

We sometimes use other companies to perform functions on our behalf. This only includes shipping/fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
